We are a UK-based health and social care provider. Our supply chain is small and largely UK-based; we assess all third parties we engage for compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Due diligence
All employees undergo right-to-work checks. Suppliers are required to confirm their own compliance with anti-slavery legislation.
Training
Awareness training is embedded in our induction programme so that every member of staff understands the signs of modern slavery and how to report concerns.
